The line up8:30 am - Team registration / located level 1 out side Golf Shop
9:30 am – Briefing from the Professional 9:45 am - Go to Tee 10:00 am - Shotgun start 4:00 pm – Light dinner served 4:30 pm - Prize Giving and Auction from 4:30 in the Motukaraka Room 6:00 pm - Finish |

Its because we are going to put 2 teams of 3 on each hole You will get to meet new people and your team can get competitive |

RefreshmentsDue to the change in ownership at Formosa Golf Resort and the new liquor and food licensing arrangements held by Rydges we have been unable to arrange full sponsorship for on course beverages. In order to manage costs we will be issuing vouchers for 4 drinks per player with the registration pack. These can be redeemed for either alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks (other than water which will be supplied) both on the course and at the bars at the resort. A cash bar will be also be available during the prize giving and auction.
Unused vouchers can be returned to enable a refund to Coastguard Maraetai for prepaid but unconsumed drinks. This has allowed us to maintain the low cost of the entry fee to the tournament. |
